SELAH is part of the Be Still Collection and is dedicated to what my son and I went through during a severe mental health crisis he experienced, and the story of what God did.

SELAH is a testimony of deliverance, restoration, surrender, and healing. It is also a testimony of deep heartache, despair, disappointment, distress, and severe emotional trauma. This design is a reminder that through everything, God is still sovereign and good. He is full of promises, grace and mercy, and will never stop fighting for us. He will make us new again, break us from the bondage, and walk with us through the darkest valleys. Our souls must continue to seek Him, thirst for Him, and release all control to His good and perfect will for our lives.

The front features 'selah', a Hebrew word for a pause or reflection; a deer which was how the Holy Spirit manifested Himself several times throughout this time, trees and grass which reminded me that I was still alive and not living a dream, lemons which remind my son of a song that was played after a prayer, chains being broken, and more. The back Scripture is Psalm 23:1, which was given to my child and I during this time. My son chose this verse because he knows that God takes such good care of us, provides us with all we need, and really is the greatest shepherd.
