Shipping Policy
1. SHIPPING/DELIVERY OPTIONS

Shipping Fees
Domestic standard (5-7 business days after processing time): $10.00
Domestic express (2-3 business days after processing time): $32.00
International standard (8-12 business days after processing time): $20.00
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 10 business days after placing the order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once the item has been handed to the shipping carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing time begins and an order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us ASAP.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Exchanges can only be made with size or color issues. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns.

5. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed shipped orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS
For the One is not liable for any damaged or lost products after the item has been shipped (i.e. been placed in the possession of the shipping carrier). If your product has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can better understand the damage and help assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
